The hot tub area was clean and well-maintained, which was a nice perk. The parking fees caught me off guard, adding to the overall cost. The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay.

Room was spacious and well-appointed, but the heat was a disappointment. We couldn't manage the thermostat, forcing us to turn it off completely. Not ideal, but we didn’t pursue maintenance. Conveniently located near the tram with friendly staff. The upstairs indoor/outdoor pool was fantastic for our child. beware the courtyard motel rooms—they feel outdated, lacking basic amenities like many modern touches. A small bathroom and absence of USB outlets are drawbacks. I expected better for the price quoted. The hot tub was always full, and the sauna was nonexistent. Clarity on fees would be appreciated. Clean linens were a plus, but I left feeling frustrated by discrepancies in quality.

Rooms are spacious and clean. The hot tub is nice, but it was too crowded when we visited. Expect extra fees for parking which can be annoying.

Great location and free parking. Paid wi-fi was annoying.

A pleasant surprise with a cozy atmosphere and comfortable rooms. The location is perfect for downtown and the airport. Staff were attentive, even after I mistakenly entered the wrong room. Great breakfast options, too. The pool area was relaxing, but I experienced a water outage during my stay, which was frustrating. Housekeeping policies were unclear, leading to clean towels not being provided. While I loved the charm and comfort, the lack of communication and minor service hiccups made the experience feel uneven. Would definitely return for the positives if they smooth out the details.

The hotel has two pools, perfect for kids. The staff is friendly and always available if you need help.
It wasn’t budget-friendly, but it’s still reasonable.

The bathroom was gross—dirty toilet with paper still in it and a sticky, grimy table. It felt neglected and outdated, which ruined the experience for me. Definitely not worth the price!

The bed was very comfy, providing a great night’s sleep. The air conditioning was problematic; despite reporting it, it still didn’t work properly. The bathroom was tiny, with limited surfaces and outdated fixtures, needing a refresh. Noise from a nearby room kept us up until 2:45 am. The slat blinds allowed too much light in, which wasn’t ideal for sleeping. The lobby and grounds were beautiful, but the courtyard motel rooms felt outdated and lacked modern amenities like USB outlets. Staff were friendly and attentive, which was a highlight. Access to shopping and dining was excellent.

This hotel is just a few steps from great attractions like the Salt Lake Temple and the Leonardo Museum, making it super easy to enjoy downtown. The spacious, clean rooms were comfortable with powerful AC, and I felt really safe with the constant security presence. The staff was very friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. The only downside was the somewhat pricey breakfast options, but with so many nearby cafes like the Espresso Lounge and Chedda Burger, you won't go hungry.

The Lobby Lounge had a lovely ambiance for breakfast. Snowbasin Resort dining was a hit! The expert Catering Consultant made my event menu special and delicious.
Kolbies at the bar can get pretty judgy.

My kids were thrilled with the indoor/outdoor heated pool and large hot tubs at Little America. they called us to come over when it was our turn to swim. The room service was top-notch and the bedding was incredibly comfortable and warm. The hotel's central location made it easy to get to the activities we had planned. I highly recommend this hotel.

We hit up both the epic ski slopes and the dope waterpark nearby. It was total vibes all the way, always something crazy fun to do!
Wish there was a cooler nightlife scene nearby for us party animals to let loose at after our adventures.

we love this hotel! the spacious rooms and the pool and the ambiance of the entire place are wonderful. such a great value! pay for a medium-nice place, get top of the line! we stay here every chance we get. big rooms, nicely furnished, very easy to get to. breakfast wasn't included in our room rate but we ate in the restaurant which was very very nice. great assortment in the buffet.
Can't fault the property in any way 😕

The room was cozy and clean, perfect for a quick city trip. The spacious bathroom with a large shower and good water pressure was a nice surprise.
The older courtyard motel rooms were a bit outdated and lacked modern amenities. The stiff sheets and loud air conditioner were minor inconveniences.

The lobby was stunning and inviting, creating a great first impression. The outside pool was a wonderful feature, with plenty of seating and provided towels, making it a relaxing spot to unwind. The dining options catered to various budgets, and the waitstaff were attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
The check-in experience was disappointing, with one staff member being unfriendly and rude. Additional costs were added without proper explanation, leading to confusion and dissatisfaction.

We had a fantastic getaway at the family, friendly year, round resort nestled in the mountains. Our kids had a blast snow tubing and building igloos in the winter wonderland, while my wife and I enjoyed cozy fireside evenings after thrilling day hikes. An unforgettable adventure for the whole family!
My children wanted more kid, friendly activities onsite.

I really appreciated the friendly and helpful desk staff. The location was great with plenty of parking available, and the vintage vibe of the rooms added a unique touch. The cleanliness of the main building and lobby was top-notch, and the pools were a definite highlight. there were some disappointments. I found it frustrating to have to pay extra for parking on top of the already high nightly room rate. The dated rooms and the loud street noise behind our room made for a less than ideal sleeping environment. The water-wasting shower heads were also a letdown, especially considering the cost of the stay. the issues with the room keys were a hassle. Having to go back and forth to get working keys for both the room and parking was not the seamless experience I had hoped for. The lack of disclosure about the indoor/outdoor pool being closed for maintenance was also a major letdown, especially since that was one of the main reasons for choosing Little America. while there were certainly positive aspects to my stay, the inconveniences and disappointments added up to make it a less than perfect experience. The hotel could benefit from addressing these issues to improve the experience.

I chose Little America Hotel for its convenient location near the Salt Lake City landmarks I wanted to visit. However, the team of Sales, Convention, Catering, and Banquet staff pleasantly surprised me by ensuring an exceptional and unforgettable experience. The Lucky H gift card offered fine modern cuisine alongside traditional favorites in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, making dining a delight during my stay.
No grab bar in the shower or next to the low toilet.

Great pool and hot tub, spacious tower rooms, beautiful view, exceptional value for the price.
Felt welcomed, nothing too much trouble.
